16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned1.2 cup Rotel2.0 serving Uncle Bens Ready Rice(Brown and Wild Rice)2servings per bag2.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.3 cup Onions & Peppers, Sauteed
Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning with water recommended on package. Microwave rice as instructions say (switch it up and use a Mexican flavor to punch up the flavor). Add to ground beef with peppers & onions, corn, rotel, rice and about 1 cup of the cheese. Let simmer together for about 10 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and serve while hot. Also makes a great tortilla filling for a change up for tacos!
