Chicken Spring rolls

12 ounces cooked roast chicken cut into slices (use 1.5oz per roll)2 cup, grated Carrots, raw 5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1/4 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2.5 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 2T & 2tsp Water1T & 1tsp Vegetable oil 2 clove Garlic 8 sheets of rice paper
1. Mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, water, veg oil, and garlic in a bowl.
2. Put the chicken into the sauce and stir until coated.
3. 1 at a time put the rice paper in water, for about 5 seconds until starting to soften. Place on a dry plate and start adding ingredients. Approx 1.5oz of chicken per roll and 1/2 cup of veggies per roll. Fold in the sides and roll from the food side until the top.
4. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 spring rolls, 1 per serving
