Spanish pork tenderloin

Ingredients
1 tsp Goya, Sazon con cilantro y tomate (by NPAUL929) 5 tsp Goya Sofrito (by MSANNABEE) 2 serving Garlic, minced in jar (1/2 tsp= 1 clove) (by DIRTYLAWNGUY) 5 gram(s) Seasoning, Culantro & Achiote, Sazon Goya (by EPRBRAT) 60 oz Pork Tenderloin 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
Directions
Pre heat oven 375 degrees, rinse meat. Cut off majority of fat. Sprinkle both sazon packs and rub, make stab marks in meat, then rub in good the Doritos. Make sure you push some in the holes. Then put garlic all over, slice onions 1/8 of inch and slice in half, spread them all over baking dish. Cover with foil, and put in oven. Cook for almost 1.5 -2 hours or use meat thermometer to check when done.
