1 tsp Ginger Root 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 3 tsp Moringa Organic Leaf Powder, Moringawise, serv=6 g=2 tsp (by PRIMEOFMYLIFE) 2 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder .25 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper (Powder) (by HALLVA) 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Chia Seed 1 tbsp Honey 0.5 cup Natural unsweetened yogurt - Ezi-yo (by EMMABE1) 6 serving Ice Cube (by MZTRACY) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh .5 serving Tropicana Orange Juice (8 oz) .25 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water
Put ice in a powerful blender. Add water and Orange Juice. Add honey, then chia seed. Then Begin to blend for 15 seconds on high speed. Then add remainder of ingredients and blend on high speed until desired consistency.
