1 Trout1/2 stick unsalted butter2 garlic cloves minced5 onion, raw rings2 tbls. lemon juicesalt and pepperFoil
Serves 2 people
Clean trout inside and out salt and pepper
Make a pocket for your fishy out of foil
Melt butter with garlic, then pour inside your fishys cavity
Stick yer onion rings inside too and then yer lemon juice.
Enclose fish in the foil pocket and place on a cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then open the pocket slightly and bake for 5-8 minutes longer
Yummy! Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
