Ingredients
1 cup Lentils5 cup water1 can (303 x 406) Sweet Corn, Canned 1 can diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 beef boullion cube1 Chicken Boullionsalt & pepper
Directions
Soak the lentils in water while you cut the veggies. Add; bring to boil; simmer until tender.
