Ingredients
3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 clove Garlic 6 oz Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Milk, 1% 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
Directions
Chop broccoli cauliflower carrot garlic and onion finely place in crockpot and add broth. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until cooked. Add cheese and milk. Purée add yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings
