1 tbsp Lemon juice 2 cup Bob's Red Mill Masa Harina (by SUN_CLAY) .25 tsp Salt 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to make a spongy dough. Leave to rest, covered for about an hour.

To prepare each tortilla, roll a golf-ball sized amount of dough out either with a rolling pin, or using a tortilla press.

Heat a large frypan to a high heat and cook each tortilla separately.
