Rice flour, brown, 2 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Egg, 2 large Soy Milk, 1 cup (rice or nut milk can be used)Canola Oil, .25 cup Stevia, 3 gram(s) (more or less to taste)Non Stick Cooking Spray
Combine dry ingrediants in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, canola oil, and stevia. Mix together well and pour into muffin tins prepared with non stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
