low-carb chocolate covered strawberries

Ingredients
2 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares .5 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 8 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh
Directions
melt the unsweetened chocolate together with the heavy whipping cream in the microwave. Stir, and add the vanilla and sweetener. Stir again. Then, dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with waxpaper. Put into the refrigerator until the chocolate shells have hardened.
