3.5 serving Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams) .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Mix in peanut butter and egg until smooth. Add in chocolate chips. Scoop tablespoons of cookie dough onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in 350F oven for 10 minutes. Cool in pan for 1 minute before moving to a cooling rack.
