Ingredients
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 small Onions, raw 10 oz Italian Bread - Fresh Bakery (Stop & Shop) 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 8 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 tsp Bouillon, Beef Base, Better Than Bouillon (by MZTRACY) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .5 tsp Pepper, black 16 oz Ground beef
Directions
Chop vegetable in a small dice or put through food processor. Mix with remaining ingredients. Put in a loaf pan, cover with foil, and bake 300 degrees for 1.5 hours. Cool 15 minutes before slicing. Freezes well.
