700 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 150 grams Yogurt, plain, skim milk 3 tbsp Canola Oil 1 large Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 30 grams Pureed Tomatoes 800 grams Tomato Sauce 250 mL Half and Half Cream
