64 oz (M) Beef, Hamburger, bulk (WalMart) 93/7% fat (by DARRYLE2) 32 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked 4 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 tsp Seasoning - Morton Fine Sea Salt (Mediterranean Sea Salt) (by --SHELLEY--) 6 tsp Pepper, black
Chop onions to desired size. Combine all ingreds and mix well. Shape loaf in pan and transfer to freezer pan or ziplock.
If making fresh, bake at 350 for 1 hr. Due to sausage, make sure meat is no longer pink.
Serving Size: Makes 5 loafs (I use a 9x13 pan)
