330 grams Pork Sausage 100 gram(s) Asda Passata (UK) (by THEREAFAMILY) 4 small Mushrooms, fresh .5 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato .25 clove Garlic 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 serving Calci Boost or Calcitrim milk (Anchor) x 200ml glass 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .5 tsp Sage, ground .75 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Cumin seed
Cook garlic a little in the olive oil, then add de-skinned (cut into smaller pieces) sausages and brown off a little. Add in water, seasonings and sweet potato. Stir and let simmer. Add in mushrooms.
Simmer until everything has softened. May need to add in more water.
If pureeing, leave to cool, then add to blender.
Pour mixture into suitable containers and freeze.
Serving Size: makes 6 x100gms containers full
