0.3 container (4 oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Olive Oil0.25 cup Sesame Seeds1.0 cup Hummus0.5 tbsp Honey2.5 cup Oats, Quaker0.5 cup Wheat germ, crude0.5 ounce Yeast, bakers0.25 serving dry milk powder (23g makes 1 cup of milk)28.0 gram black seeds6.0 tbsp *Flax Seed6.0 tbsp chia seeds
Mix yeast, honey with 1/4 cup warm water, add yogurt & egg, beat and set aside. In the mixer put all of the other ingredients plus salt and any ither spices u want, i like mine plain to enjoy with fruit spreads or cheese, add wet mixture, shape into two big balls. On an oiled silicone baking mat, shape into one big rectangle as thin as u want, cut into squares,bake at 180°C until browned. Enjoy with anything really.
