Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Ingredients
3.25 cup Krusteaz pumkin spice quick bread mix (13 serv/pouch) 1 stick Butter, unsalted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Scoop by rounded tablespoons and place 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. (I also made this using Crisco butter flavored for a friend who's lactose intolerant, and it tasted about the same.)

Serving Size: Makes 24-28 cookies with small scoop
