2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 10.85 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 400F. Stir almond flour and baking powder and set aside. Microwave cream cheese, mozzarella cheese for 2 minutes (But check at the 1 min mark). Stir almond flour, baking powder and eggs in with cheese mixture and then knead with your hands until you get a sticky, doughy consistency. Divide into 6 portions. Roll into logs and connect the ends. Use a donut pan to help keep shape. Bake at 400 for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bagels are firm and golden.
