Peanut Butter Coconut Quinoa Delight Balls

Ingredients
6 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats1/4 cup popped Quinoa1/2 cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes8 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter1 Tbsp Coconut Oil*Unsweet, Unflavored Coconut Milk 5 Tbsp Kretschmer Wheat Germ
Directions
1) Toast(or pop) your quinoa on the stove for a couple minutes
2) Mix together quinoa, oats, ground flax, coconut flakes, and sugar.
3) Add peanut butter and coconut oil then mix well
4) Mix in 1 tsp of coconut milk at a time until the mixture is smooth enough to form into balls
5) Form heaping 1/2 tbsp sized balls and roll them in wheat germ to coat.
6) Pop them in the fridge or freezer to harden and Viola! Bon appétit!
