Butternut Squash Chili

Ingredients
.25 cup Olive Oil 24 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 2 clove Garlic 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 cup Beans, black 1 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed 4 tsp dried oregano (by MELISSADNWHITE) 2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
Directions
Saute onions, garlic, pepper. Put in crock pot. Add beans, tomatoes and spices and blend together. Put squash on top. Cook on low for 6 hours.
