2 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper, black3 lb Pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs 1 14oz can Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce 2 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped4 tsp Ginger Root 3 cloves Garlic
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Brown ribs in oil in large skillet. Place in slow-cooker. Mix cranberry sauce, peppers, ginger and garlic. Pour over ribs and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve with rice, brown rice is especially good here.
