2.0 cup Milk, 1%2.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw0.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Place half of the ham in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with half of the potatoes and half of the onion. Sift half of the flour over; season with salt and pepper. Sift remaining flour atop period milk all over. Bake, covered, in a 350
degree oven for 1/2 1/4 hours or till potatoes are nearly tender. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
