Peanut & Pineapple Asian Salad

Ingredients
half of a leftover grilled chicken breast2 cups of baby salad greens - your choice1 cup of shredded cabbage - package style1/4 cup mandarin oranges1/4 cup diced pinapple1/4 cup diced mango6 Cherry tomatoes halved2 tbs dry roasted peanuts
Directions
Place baby greens on a plate. Add shredded cabbage. Place diced fruit on top of salad. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to salad. Sprinkle on the peanuts. Top with leftover grilled chicken breast if desired. Add 2 TBS of your favorite low calorie Asian salad dressing.
