Quick Homemade Hamburgers

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground hamburger (extra lean is better, if you can get it)1 egg white1/4 cup bread crumbs1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper1 tsp ground mustard seed2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced1/4 cup onion, minced
Directions
1. Mix all of the above ingredients together in a big bowl.

2. Shape the meat into round patties. You should be able to get 6.

3. Grill until cooked through.

4. Food your tummy!
