Kathe's Easy NO CREAM Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
0.13 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.50 package (2 lb) Broccoli, frozen 2 oz Walnuts 0.50 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 2 serving CHICKEN STOCK - ORGANIC - KIRKLAND - SVG=1cup (by KATYCOMB)
Directions
This only works with a high powered blender such as a blendtec or Vitamix.

Steam the broccoli in your microwave or steamer until it's hot and no longer frozen.

Add 16 oz (2 cups) of broth/stock to your blender.
Add the nutmeg and salt
Add the drained, cooked broccoli
Add the walnuts

Press the soup button.
Enjoy!

P.S. You can also substitute grated cheese for the walnuts but that will change the calorie count. Stick to 2 oz.

P.P.S I like to add a teaspoon of grated Parmesan to mine, but that increases the calorie count.
