2 eggs4 egg whites17 slices turkey pepperoni4 oz shredded mozzarella1/4 c pizza sauce
Directions
Beat together egg whites, eggs, and milk, Pour into skillet or omelet pan. When omelet begins to form place remaining ingredients on half; Fold other half over filling. Transfer to serving plate, slice and enjoy.
