Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients
958 grams Baked Potato, with skin 4 tbsp Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil, reduced fat mayonaise 30 grams Yellow Mustard 1 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg 1 tbsp Dill Relish, Heinz 1 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
Directions
Boil potatoes firm but not mushy, remove skin if desired, let cool
Boil egg, run under cold water, let cool
Chop celery, onion, garlic and egg
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, add salt, pepper and/paprika to taste
cover and chill for at least one hour before serving
