Ingredients
16 oz London Broil 5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 6 oz Wine, Red, Dry (by MZTRACY) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Onion salt (by ANAMIKA61) 1 tsp Salt .062 cup Flour, white .062 cup Cornstarch
Directions
In a heavy, NOT nonstick skillet over medium high heat, brown the beef (cut into cubes). Allow to cook until the skillet bottom is browned but not burned; deglaze with a cup of water, scraping up the browned bits. Repeat browning and deglazing with water. Repeat a third and final time, deglazing with 6 oz. wine and 6 oz. water. Add onions, Worcestershire and seasonings. Simmer on low for 30 minutes, adding water periodically to keep liquid at braising level (not fully covering the meat). Shake remaining water with flour and cornstarch. Add to meat, stir and simmer an additional 15-30 minutes uncovered.

Serve with noodles.
