18 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 1 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
Directions
Add mushrooms and spinach to large pirex, mix eggs, top and cook for 40 minutes at 40 degrees
