1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Cream of Celery Soup 16 oz Cheese, Kraft Mexican Mild Velveeta 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
Cut velveeta up and put in medium sized pan along with cream of celery soup and milk and heat on medium heat until cheese is melted stirring regularly.
