Ingredients
3 cup, mashed Plantains .25 cup Olive Oil 1 fl oz Water, tap 1 tsp Cream Of Tartar .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Blend all ingredients well. Scoop ⅓ cup of batter onto parchment paper and spread to 6 inch rounds ¼ inch thick. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
