MRC Texas Chili

16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup Canned Tomatoes 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 4 serving MRC Tomato Basil Supplement (1packet)
This makes 4 servings.
Brown the meat in a skillet and drain.
Add peppers and onions and saute.
Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes just before serving.
(I used canned tomatoes)
This counts as 4 oz protein, 4 oz. cooked vegetables, 1 creamy supplement.
