Ingredients
2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 cup *lentils, great value dried 2 cup Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
Directions
rinse the lentils. Add 4 cups of water with 2 tbps of salt and boil them for about 45 minutes. Add the oil, the onions, red pepper and diced rotel and cook for another 15 minutes
