Summer Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix2 small cans of crushed pineapple (sugar free)1 small can of mandarin oranges1 package of vanilla SF FF pudding mix1 tub of Cool Whip Free1/2 cup of apple sauce 1 can of diet 7-Up or Sprite
Directions
In a bowl combine the cake mix, 1 can of crushed pineapple, the applesauce, and about 1/2 the can of soda. Stir well and dish into a 12 slot cupcake tin. (You might have some extra for another few cupcakes)

Bake according to the box.

In another bowl add the cool whip and pudding mix, then drain the pineapple and oranges and fold them in slowly.

When the cupcakes are done top each with the cool whip mixture.
