Spicy Chilly Potato

2 cup Boiled potatoes - cut into cubes1 tbsp Canola Oil 3 clove Garlic -chopped2 small Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper - cut into squares1 Serving(s) Green chili - long sliced1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh - powdered0.75 cup Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp Pepper, black - powdered
1. Heat oil into a pan. Sauté chopped garlic and sliced green chillies (I use all my items fresh - you can use canned ones too).
2. Put green bell peppers and onions (cut into cubes) into the pan and keep the flame high. Ensure that the vegetables retain their crunchiness.
3. Add tomato sauce into the pan with black pepper and red chilly flakes. Add salt to taste.
4. Add cubes of boiled potatoes into the pan.
5. Mix well and serve! :)
