Ingredients
2 Tbs Baking Powder 1/2 cup) Jarrow Formulas unflavored whey protein powder 2 Tbs Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar (or raw sugar)pinch Himalayan Salt (Sherpa Pink) 2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
Directions
Grind oats into a flour using Nutribullet or mill. Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container.

For pancakes:
Mix 2 part mix and just under one part water or milk. Add wet to dry and stir until desired consistency. Spray oil on griddle, cook on medium hot griddle. I use milk.
