Wild Rice Zucchini Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup wild rice2 zuccinini's (grated)1 tomato (cutinto chunks)1/3 cup red pepper (cut into strips)1/3 cup yellow pepper (cut into strips)1/3 cup green pepper (cut into strips)1/2 bunch of spinach1 avocado (cut into chunks)
Directions
Meks 4 good sized servings

Cook the dry rice (makes about 1 cup cooked) and cool.

Mix all the ingredients together and tosee in your favourite dressing and you are done and ready to enjoy this colourful dish.
