Kale Banana Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Kale(3 or 4 leaves)4 cups Milk Whole Vitamin D4 cut and skinned Apples, Gala (medium)3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh4 oz Yogurt: Greek Gods Greek Yogurt with Honey
Directions
Add milk, chopped and skinned apples. Blend for a couple seconds. Add bananas, break up whole bananas into pieces. Add yogurt and kale. Blend until smooth. Store in a bottle, I use an 1.75 liter bottle to store smoothies. Put in refrigerator taste better cold.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 cups.
