Chow Mein Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice (1/2 Cup Dry = 1 Cup Prepared) 1/2C water1.5 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) 3 tbsp Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium 1 cup Chow Mein Noodles
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the ground beef for five minutes. Add the onion and celery and sauté for five more minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the rice, Soup, water and soy sauce. Mix together well and add to the beef mixture. Place into a lightly greased 9 x 13” baking dish. Top with chow mein noodles.

Bake for 20 minutes.
