Waffles -Banana/Oat

Ingredients
1 ripe banana (mashed)2c water1/2c oats-uncooked1 1/2c spelt flour2t baking powder1t cinnamon1t nutmegvanilla2T maple syrup (I used light)1/2c almonds (slivered)
Directions
*Soak the oats in the water overnight.
*Mix tog banana & oats.
*Add the remaining ingredients & mix, leaving lumps.
*Cook on waffle iron (or pancakes).
