15-Minute Cheeseburger Rice

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 3/4 cups water2/3 cup ketchup1 Tbsp. mustard2 cups uncooked MINUTE white rice1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown 1 pound lean ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

Add 1 3/4 cups water, 2/3 cup ketchup and 1 Tbsp. mustard. Bring to a boil. Stir in 2 cups uncooked MINUTE white rice.

Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Cover; cook on low heat 5 minutes.
