Smoky Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink smoked salmon1 can light tuna in water1 cup raw chopped onion1 cup raw chopped red bell pepper3 slices whole wheat bread, toasted dry and processed into crumbs (I use stale bread up)1 egg1/4 cup hickory barbecue sauce.Panko crumbs to roll patties in
Directions
Add all ingredients except panko to food processor. Process till smooth. Scoop out tablespoon sized balls, roll in panko and flatten on a cookie sheet. Bake till firm, 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
