Amish cinnamon bread

Batter:1 cup Butter, salted1.0 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A6.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice4.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 tsp Baking SodaCinnamon sugar mixture:0.67 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Cream together butter, 2 c. Sugar, & eggs. Combine milk and lemon juice. Add milk mixture, flour, and baking soda. Pour 1/4 of batter into each of 2 greased loaf pans. In separate bowl mix 2/3 c. sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mixture divided between the two pans on top of the batter. Add remaining batter to pans; sprinkle with last of cinnamon topping. Swirl with knife. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pans 20 minutes, loosen edges from pan. Remove from pan and continue cooling on rack.
