Ingredients
1.0 serving Quaker Oatmeal Regular Instant Oatmeal 32g4.0 oz HyVee Cinnamon Apple Sauce2.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Mix together 1 cup instant oatmeal with 2 mashed bananas and a cup of applesauce add cinnamon to taste. Put a heaping table spoon on griddle and cook on both sides. Place 2 each in baggy and frig or freeze. Eat cold from frig or heat in baggy for 30 seconds.
