low carb cheese cake

Ingredients
5 pkg cream cheese1 cup sour cream4 eggs1 tsp almond extract1 cup splenda
Directions
mix all together with a blender till creamy. Put into spring pan. line outside of pan with tin foil and sit in a pan of water to cook. Cook at 350 for 40 to 50 min until done. It makes a very large cheese cake, Cooking time will depend on the size of the pan.
