Cauliflower pizza bites

Ingredients
1.0 cup green giant cauliflower rice0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Pizza Sauce - Ragu - Homemade Style1.0 oz hormel pepperoni minis.5 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
Heat and drain cauliflower rice. Had cauliflower, cheese egg and Italian seasoning. Mix and put a tablespoon of mixture in a muffin pan. Push sides up to make a divit. Add pizza sauce, sprinkle a little bit of mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni. Cook at 450 for 20 minutes.
