Mixed Berry Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients
1.5 cups frozen mixed berries1.5 cups brewed green tea (chilled).5 cup plain lowfat yogurtSplenda (or other sweetner) to taste
Directions
For starters, I like to brew up a big pitcher of green tea and keep it in the fridge for quick prep and because hot tea doesn't work as well with this recipe.

To create: put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. (I know it's ready when the smoothie starts to create a whirlpool in the center).

You can add or lessen the amount of tea to change the consistency.

I like to drink mine along with a big bowl of oatmeal to start my day.
