Ingredients
48 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1.5 cup Peas, frozen 2 cup Spinach, fresh 3 cup, cubes Yam, cooked, with salt .5 cup Gizzard, Chicken (boiled)
Brown ground beef and drain. Remove from pan. Dice sweet potatoes and cook in a pan with 1/4 cup water. Add more water if necessary. In a foot processor, shred spinach. Mix softened sweet potatoes, ground beef, spinach, peas and boiled/chopped chicken gizzards until well mixed.
