Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
350 grams Onions, raw 1380 gram(s) Passata 2 tbsp Olive Oil 18 grams Garlic 380 grams Carrots, raw 240 grams Green Peppers 280 grams Celery, raw 2 tbsp mixed dried herbs3 gram(s) Herbamare - Diet 1 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap 10 gram(s) Vegemite (All Values) 2 tbsp Paprika 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine
Directions
Fry onions gently, add garlic when starting to colour.

Chop other vegetables into roughly same sorts of size, neatness doesn't matter.... it's going to be blended!

Add everything else, allow to cook to start vegetables softening, then using a metal immersion blender for the easiest result, blend until smooth and allow to cook for another 20 mins or so, with a lid so it doesn't blop everywhere out the pan.
