Suzee's chicken salad

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 10 tbsp Heinz Sweet Pickle Relish 8 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
Directions
Boil and shred chicken breast. Chop celery. Add all ingredients to a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
